[Raeya flops back-first onto the bed, bouncing a little as he shuts his eyes with a relaxed sigh. He's fresh out of the shower in comfy boxers, hair falling haphazardly around him. Despite this, his face scrunches up in confused concentration, racking his brain once more as if he could will new memories to the surface. Every time he tries to retrace the previous night he spent with his brother, his mind eventually blanks. Sure there are glimpses of memories, but at some point he isn't sure where he starts making stuff up just for the sake of remembering something.
Seriously, what starts with 'D' that he'd be into?
Curse that liquor.
With a sigh, he hugs a pillow to his face, letting himself relax for now. Who knows, maybe it'll return to him in a dream.]
[In the meantime, Kaeya's back late, late from work. Or something else, who knows? Not his brother, who he assumes should be asleep now. He saunters into the apartment and makes a beeline into the bedroom, if only to strip off of his uniform before he's off to wash up in record time.
Every part of his being wants bed but also his brother.
He slips under the blankets and scoots over, shoving his feet under his legs.
Ah... then he rolls over, deciding to bother him by swinging a leg over his waist.] Mm... Brother. Penny for your thoughts.
[Raeya stirs ever so slightly at the new presence, eyelids lifting just enough to confirm that it is in fact his brother before they slide closed again. By now he'd been lightly dozing, comfily snug under the blanket as he awaited Kaeya's return. He hadn't even gotten up to turn off the low light in the room since he hadn't expected to fall asleep in the first place.
He lets out a content hum that ends up muffled by the pillow nuzzled against his face as sleep returns to lull at the corners of his consciousness. It takes him, while Kaeya showers, but he's awoken by the sensation of cold feet under him.]
Mmm, Kaeya...
[Raeya rolls over to face Kaeya, pushing his pillow aside to reach out for Kaeya instead. His eyes barely open yet, blindly reaching for his brother and pulling him close by wrapping his arm around his waist while his head dives into the safety of his brother's chest. He slots a leg in between Kaeya's as if hugging a pillow, smiling to himself.
His voice is a mumble when he speaks.]
Welcome home... Missed you.
[He's silent for awhile, as if he fell back asleep. But then he adds, barely decipherable.]
[Kaeya runs a hand through his hair as he settles in, humming softly, pleased at the additional warmth by his side. He leans down to kiss at the top of his head, humming in response to his attempt at a conversation.]
I hadn't the impression that it was on your mind the whole day.
[He evens out his own breathing, truly relaxing for the night despite the thoughts running through his head on what the next step is for his work. Kaeya massages at Raeya's nape, fingers adept at rubbing where he knows is tight in his muscles.] Would you like the answer?
[Raeya lets out a long content hum, snuggling backwards into Kaeya's touch like a very comfy cat. Kaeya's soft kiss makes him smile, and that's enough to get him to peek his eyes open, if only to see where Kaeya was.]
Ah. I wouldn't say all day.
[Goosebumps rise on his skin where Kaeya's cool fingers touch, but he instantly relaxes into it as they easily draw out tension he wasn't even aware he had. The massage felt good, but the touch on his neck also stirred interest within him for something else.
Raeya rolls over to face Kaeya, shoving a pillow away in lieu of wrapping an arm around Kaeya to pull themselves close together, easily cuddling against Kaeya in a way that's second nature by now. His eyes open and there is an unconcealed sparkle of interest in them as they face his brother's.]
You said you would remind me.
[He's smiling, and suddenly he doesn't appear so sleepy.]
[Kaeya keeps his gaze on him. It's by habit that he only ever takes his eyepatch off when he truly knows he and Raeya are alone - and it's one of those nights that he has. He's gentle in caressing his hair and nape as he whispers.]
[Raeya's eyes open just a touch wider, eyes locked in Kaeya's gaze as his mind quietly processes. This was... Unexpected? He's still for the moment, enjoying Kaeya's gentle caress although his instinctive reaction is to question it defensively. Sure - he'd maybe considered it, but never thought he'd actually be into it. He wasn't even sure he was able to take it. But Kaeya didn't seem like he was lying this time.
Raeya finally swallows, clearing his throat. His response comes out a little high-pitched, shyness starting to colour his cheeks as he hides behind his fringe.]
Hmmm~ Funny story. You asked me to please call you a slut. At first I refused, but you begged and begged and sat on me while begging. It was cute... I had to oblige.
[He explains with equal parts matter of fact and with a small smirk playing on his lips. Kaeya takes the moment to pull Raeya close, leaning in close to his ear once he hides behind his hair.]
And oh, what lovely expressions you made that night.
[As Kaeya explains, Raeya's brows slowly furrow more and more into a frown as his face heats up. It's not long before he's stuffing his face into Kaeya's shoulder, hiding against soft hair, no longer able to take the smug smirk Kaeya was giving him even though it looked annoyingly good on him.]
Aaaaaaah... How embarrassing!! I will never drink againnnmmgh-
[Raeya's arms squeeze Kaeya tight at the sudden sensation against his ear that has a slight shiver running through him. Foggy memories begin to resurface, doing nothing to help with the embarrassment. Despite it all, his body warms with anticipation.
Raeya leans back just enough to peak at Kaeya from where he'd nuzzled so comfortably.]
